A team of twelve or so Rotarians leave their families and friends and traditional Thanksgiving to travel to Nigeria to further help eradicate polio by immunizing children five and under with oral polio drops(NID). They will also be working with polio survivors providing bicycle wheelchairs to improve mobility along with Fellow Rotarians from Nigeria. Among those traveling will be Governor Ann Lee Hussey(a polio survivor herself) and our very own President Mary. We wish everyone on this special team God's speed on this life changing trip, "Bulding Communities,Bridging Continents" |
