Opiod Epidemic

Bob Mackenzie is the Chief of Police in Kennebunk, Me.  He is also an active Rotarian and a committe member of the District's Recovery Initiative, a Rotary Committee dedicated to address the heroine epidemic and substance use disorders in our state.  He is also the District Governor Nominee Designate for our District 7780.
